Services

Happi Water Co. offers in-home water testing, water quality reviews, water filtration system quotes, and licensed plumbing services in Arizona. Services are subject to scheduling availability, geographic service area, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Free water test offer

Our free in-home water test is genuinely free with no purchase required. The test takes approximately 45-60 minutes and includes a printed report of your water's measurements. We may use the data to recommend system options if you ask, but you are under no obligation to purchase anything.

We reserve the right to limit free water tests to one per household within a 12-month period and to verify eligibility (e.g., property ownership, geographic service area).

Quote review services

Our quote review service compares competitor water filtration quotes against our pricing and assesses system fit. Reviews are typically delivered within 24 hours and provided as informational analysis. We do not guarantee any specific savings or outcomes from acting on a review.

Communications

By submitting your contact information, you agree to receive communications from us (calls, texts, emails) about water filtration services and offers. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information and how to opt out.

Pricing and quotes

Quotes provided by Happi Water Co. are itemized in writing and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing depends on home size, water hardness, plumbing condition, and any unforeseen install conditions. We will inform you of any changes before proceeding.

Warranties and disclaimers

Equipment we install is covered by manufacturer warranties. We provide a separate labor warranty on installations performed by our team. Specific warranty terms are documented in your install paperwork.

Health-related claims about water quality, skin, hair, or other personal outcomes mentioned on our website or in marketing materials reflect customer-reported experiences and are not medical claims. Results vary. We do not provide medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider for any health concerns.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Free water tests can be rescheduled or cancelled at any time by replying to our confirmation text or calling us. Paid services may be subject to cancellation terms documented in your service agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happi Water Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our websites or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Intellectual property

All content on our websites — including text, images, logos, and the Happi Water brand — is owned by Happi Water Co. or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without permission.

Governing law
